Happy Birthday Mrs. Turba!!!!

One of our favorite people in the whole world is celebrating her birthday on December 25!  We made her a book and sang her the birthday song.  We gave her 5 Hip Hip Hoorays!!!!  We all hope you have a wonderful birthday over break, Mrs. Turba!

Ho! Ho! Ho! We had a visitor at school!

We were so excited to have Santa come and join us at school.  We took individual pictures with Santa to put in the end of the year book, but we had to take a group shot for our blog.

Dining in December

I was just delighted with how many guests we had for our Dining in December.  The children couldn't have been more excited to decorate the room.  I truly understand how hard it is to come in during the day.  We are excited to have everyone be able to join us for our program on December 20th!

Happy Birthday Allison & Jenna!!!

Jenna's mom came in to celebrate with us.  Our classmates wanted her to stay all day!  Jenna said she hopes her mom pushes her on the swing for her next birthday, too!

Allison said, "I have waited a long time to be 5!"  She couldn't have been more excited.  Her Grandma got to come for her birthday lunch, and we had A LOT of people joining in to sing Happy Birthday!

Painting with NOSES???

The students chose to paint with their noses or their nails today.  Here is proof that a few of them really painted with their NOSE!  What a wonderful Nn week.  On our way to the museum, we went on a number walk and found numbers on cars, houses and signs!

Yummy Stone Soup!

We have a lot to be thankful for.  Thanks to all of the families who were able to stop by and eat soup with us.  We even had our new superintendent, Dr. Connie Valenza, come and join us on Tuesday.  We truly appreciate all of your support!
